SOLVED - Issue #53: Keyword Research hangs at 0%

SOLVED - Issue #51: Google Keyword Tool Change - Keyword Research Module hangs

Description:

A new change to the Google Keyword Tool and Traffic Estimator is causing slow performance, hanging and failure to return data in Keyword Research.
(this is distinct from the problem which was fixed by v0.88.65, issue #50!)

We are working on this and hope to have another update ready ASAP.
Update: this issue is fixed with v0.88.66 of Market Samurai, v0.2.95 of Domain Samurai and v1.01.27 of Article Samurai.

Issue #40: Application crash on new Macbook Pros running OS X 10.7.2

Affected Product(s): All (Module: All). Version(s): 0.88.13. Platform(s): Mac OS X 10.7.2 only.

Description:

This is caused by an issue with Adobe AIR that can affect all applications running on the AIR platform.

Adobe have stated that they're working with Apple to resolve the issue and are hoping to be able to do so in "the next couple of months."

In the meantime, there are a couple of things we can do to confirm that it is this particular issue causing Market Samurai to crash for you, and to work around it until the fix is available:

1. If you have Firefox or Chrome installed, try running Market Samurai while either of these browsers is open. (NOTE: we've had reports this no longer works, with the latest versions of FFox and Chrome)

2. Disable the automatic GPU switching feature in the Energy Saver preference pane.

3. Downgrade to Adobe AIR 2.7.
