As a bright youngster he studied Commerce at Melbourne University, but immediately after graduating he fled to foreign lands. It was during the tumultuous backpacker's uprising in Western Europe that Chifley first learnt the dark art of Tech Support, and his time spent modelling in Japan allowed him to perfect his deadly skills.

An avid gamer, it is a common sight to see Chifley answering emails using a joystick while shuffling a deck of cards with his teeth.
