Brent Hodgson

Shogun of Marketing

Brent Hodgson, part man, part machine, has done just about everything an internet marketer could possibly do. Whether it is copywriting, creating new keyword research techniques, profitability formulas, site optimization or online advertising - if there is a way to measure it Brent will learn and improve it.

Brent originally cut his teeth as a copywriter alongside Eugene Ware, studying the works of the great masters: Gary Halbert; John Caples; John Carlton; Eugene Schwartz; and Dan Kennedy.

Referred to as "The Pretty Boy of Print" by Ed Dale, Brent has earned this name for two reasons:

  1. He's pretty, and;
  2. The title "The Prince of Print" was already taken by Gary Halbert.

Working alongside Eugene Ware, Brent has co-directed several high-profile and highly-successful marketing campaigns - his "trophy" campaigns include a launch campaign that netted $570,000 within 37 minutes, and a $960,000 3-week promotional campaign - painfully shy of the "magic million dollar month".

When he's not at the office working on internet marketing he's at home... working on perfecting his internet marketing skills.

It is believed that Brent only sleeps so he can dream of new and wonderful ways to improve the world of internet marketing, and help others to achieve the success they deserve.

Brent writes with religious fervor about internet marketing on his personal blog: www.BrentHodgson.com
